1 What MedKeep is

MedKeep is a mobile app for organising your health. It helps you keep test results and prescriptions in one place, follow the treatment your doctor prescribed and reminds you of every dose.

The Nomi assistant finds and extracts your data: it recognises documents, helps add a course from what you tell it and answers questions about your test results.

The app is operated by SRL “AI World Hub”, Republic of Moldova. These terms apply together with the Privacy policy: you accept them when you register.

2 Who can use it

The app is intended for people aged 18 and over: a date of birth under 18 cannot be entered at registration. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, the account will be deleted.

For now one account is one person. Profiles for parents and children will appear in the family account in V2.

3 Account and consents

You can sign in with an email and a password or with Google and Apple. At registration a single tick accepts these terms and the policy, and you separately consent to the processing of health data – without that the app cannot be used. Consent to file storage and to the Nomi assistant is optional.

The required consents cannot be withdrawn separately: for that the account has to be deleted.

Service emails are part of the service: registration confirmation, password recovery, emails about consents and about account deletion. You can only stop them by deleting the account.

4 What MedKeep does not do

The app does not diagnose, does not interpret test results and values, does not assess reference ranges, does not prescribe and does not change treatment. Nomi does not answer questions about drug interactions or how you feel – for such questions it suggests seeing a doctor.

If you have worrying symptoms, seek medical help, and in an emergency call your local emergency number straight away.

5 Your data and contacts

The data you enter and upload stays yours: you can download or delete it at any moment, free of charge.

Data recognised from documents may contain errors. Everything Nomi extracts is saved only after you have checked and confirmed it yourself.

By entering doctors' contacts and an emergency contact, you confirm that you are entitled to share that data.

6 Payment

There is no payment in the first release: the beta is free and needs no card. We do not promise the price of paid plans in advance.

If paid plans appear, their terms, renewal and refunds will go into a new version of these terms. Subscriptions will be sold through the App Store and Google Play: payment and refunds follow the store's rules.

Exporting and deleting your data will stay free on every plan.

7 Ending your use

You can stop using MedKeep at any moment and delete your account in the settings – with a double confirmation and a password. Access closes at once, the account can be restored for 30 days, and after that the data is deleted for good.

8 Responsibility

Reminders are a supporting tool, not a guarantee that a course will be followed: responsibility for taking medicines stays with you.

You check and confirm recognised data yourself before it reaches your profile.

9 Changes to the terms

A new version of the terms takes effect on the date of publication. If the changes are significant, the app will ask you to accept the terms again, and until then access to the app will be limited. We will also write to you by email about what has changed. If the changes are editorial, a notice in the app is enough.
